Many of vista's new features are just a keyboard shortcut away. In this screencast I give a demonstration of some of these new vista features and shortcuts.

I knew a lot of these, but it’s cool to see them in action.
More interesting to me is the quality difference between the two video services. You are correct that the youtube version is lower quality.
I guess youtube can do quantity over quality right now.
