now thats motivation to quit nonetheless and the fact that it felt like i was insulting those who had survived cancer by willingly taking part in the act that causes it…

I quit this week and I set this picture as my background wallpaper on my computer so that I might be inspired daily to keep to the cause of my health. I am 36 and do not wish to compromise it anymore. The tobacco companies should be ashamed of themselves, they rationalize, but they ARE marketing to children and adults alike, there is responsibility on every end - theirs as well. They are selling an addictive substance. It is so hard to quit. I have no doubt about quitting though, I don’t care how many tears I am going to shed without nicotine to cover them up, I’d rather CRY than DIE. Thanks for hearing me. KrisZ
