Laptop Malfunction

February 18th, 2008

My laptop’s AC adapter has broken, so posts on this blog are delayed until I can get a new one, which will hopefully be by Wednesday or Thursday. (This is being typed from a friend’s computer)

Scratch that. I have an old computer up and running, so everything will be normal while I order the new adapter.

If you are reading this, you must be a geek. Thats okay, because we are here to help you get your new geek outfit!

Hat-
You need a propeller hat of course! No geek outfit would be complete without one of these. Geek culture.com has a large variety of these fabled items. (The one pictured above is the iProp)

Working on Section 3

May 16th, 2007

We are currently working on section three of Blogging: The Complete Guide

Ordinarily, you can only get a domain email if you own that domain. (Like Me@MySite.com) Now, you can get your own personal domain email from AOL. It’s free, and you can sign into it from IM, email software, and AOL’s website.

If the custom domain is available, then you can get it. This is perfect for clubs, businesses, or just yourself. Also, you can invite friends and family to also get email addresses at that domain (Up to 100 people total). Each mailbox has 2 gb of storage, so you don’t really need to worry about space. To get it, go to: http://domains.aol.com/

And sign up just as easily as any other email service.

Now you have your own custom email!
