Today, we have released a test version of our little FeedMake tool for public testing.

FeedMake simply attempts to solve the problem of keyword searching through multiple blog search engines. Instead of creating custom searches on the multiple blog search sites, this site will create the search feeds for you.

  1. Input Your Search Term.
  2. Subscribe to the Feeds in Your Feed Aggregator.
  3. Enjoy.

Please leave comments here regarding questions, bugs, or feature requests.

This tool is great, although my feedreader is probably hating you guy right about now. This is really going to save me some time. One gripe, when I type in the criteria, I have to click on the Go button. Hitting the enter key on the keyboard resets the textbox instead of submitting the form. Minor, I know.

It also works on the Opera Mini browser on my cell phone. This will be great for doing research while I’m on the go! Now I can overload its feedreader as well.

Thanks, Shaman. I’ll look into the ENTER key issue.

  4. Davak Says:

IE handles the ENTER key in an odd way for some reason. To avoid using a javascript work around, I just changed the form a little. Seems to work fine now.

Tool dead. Will have to rework it sometime.
