Google Calendar: Save Your Calendar as a PDF
February 4th, 2008
If you want to send your friends or family a copy of your calendar or even your schedule for a particular day, Google Calendar makes it a simple task. By following these simple steps, you can generate a PDF file of the desired day, month, etc. so that you can then email it for others to view.
- Login to your Google Calendar.
- Go to the view you wish to share, whether it is a given day, week or full month.
- Click the Print link at the top of the calendar.

- When the Calendar Print Preview window appears, use the dropdowns to adjust the Font Size and Orientation. If you want the calendar to not be in color, check the Black & White checkbox. When you are finished, click the Save As button.

- Save the created file to your computer and email the file to those you wish to share the calendar with.

I can’t seem to get this to work no matter what. . .I get the print pop-up window, and the save-as button appears, but clicking print, or save-as yield nothing. Curious. I’m using Adobe v8, and the latest version of Firefox. Can’t find any other responses to this error online either. Any thoughts?

I spent hours trying different approaches (+PDFing) to get Google Calendar to print appointments with the entire description! Finally i came accross WinCalendar.
WinCalendar allows me to import Google Calendars into many native MS Word formats! From Word im able to further edit & set fonts like any Word file
Google ‘WinCalendar’ for more info.

When my print preview screen comes up the last selection I have is Show events you have declined. I am missing Black & White, Print, Save As, Cancel. I have the full screen showing but for some reason this information is gone. I used this function last week and everything was there. HELP!
