Now... by push ups, you mean using your arms to get up out of a chair, right? Like when no one is around to get something from the fridge for you? ;-)

I didn't know about your former work as a trainer! Very cool!

Hi, thanks for the great article. It is helping me solve a long time problem here at my job.

Can you tell me, is there any way to display the Navigation Pane also? I can't seem to find code for that.

Thanks!

We are taking another direction for the use of Google services with our free application KiGoo which integrates those services within MS Outlook.

Off line is one of our next features planned to be developed soon in order to support several Google services like Calendar, Docs and Contacts.

The cool thing is that our core technology (Kayxo Insight) allows us to connect to any Google API to manage it within MS Outlook.

Check the first beta release of KiGoo in http://www.getkigoo.com

Excel 2007 is pathetic. You can have two windows open inside the Excel workspace, but not in Windows. The workbooks appear separately on the taskbar, but they're not separate windows. What if I want to look at the figures from two workbooks while entering data into a database? I've been able to do that for years, and now they've killed that basic usability feature. Vista sucks, IE7 sucks, Office 2007 sucks.... whoever makes the UI decisions at Microsoft is driving the company into the ground.
